Liza Carneghi has called California home her entire life. Born and raised in the Los Angeles suburb of Pacific Palisades. Today Liza is a resident of San Jose’s Willow Glen neighborhood where she loves the community aspect, high-end technology, and educational opportunities. Since beginning her career in real estate, Liza has been working with buyers and sellers up and down the Peninsula.
Licensed since 2013, Liza has built her reputation on her commitment and dedication to her clients. Her ability to listen to each client’s needs have set Liza apart from others. Liza works with buyers and sellers throughout San Jose and surrounding areas, however, she has a true gift when working with families and seniors. With a young family herself, Liza has a real understanding of what families need and home and how it will support their lifestyle. She also helps care for her 91-year-old grandmother, so she has passion and perspective when helping her senior clients downsize.
The experiences Liza has given clients over the past several years have earned her some notable awards. It’s through her hard work and compassion that she was named the top 5% of realtors in Willow Glen. She has also earned the title of top 3 most highly rated agent on Zillow.
When Liza isn’t representing her clients, she enjoys time with her family and hosting friends. Many friendships began as real estate relationships and the connection and experience continues the bond. Her husband Brad is a 3rd generation commercial appraiser, who owns his own boutique firm on The Alameda in San Jose. She has two young boys, Lincoln (5.5) and Harry (3). The whole family likes to stay active in the Willow Glen community. Some of their favorite activities include Friday’s at Happy Hollow Park & Zoo, neighborhood walks, camping, exploring the Children’s Museum and local parks.
